Well, I'm a married man. God help me.

The MRI results on wifeys knee were not good news, she's got a torn ACL, PCL and MCL plus a tibial plateau compression fracture, means sweet F/A to me but it has her in a leg brace and on crutches for another 4 weeks. So I'm house bitch to 3 boys, and myself, but we are doing alright. I found the scissors today, so I was able to cut arm holes in the onion sacks, the boys say that it's much more comfortable now, but it's still a bit itchy. Their also banging on about food or some shit, I'll sort that out on the weekend. :)

On a more car related subject, with the help of a mate, managed to find a set of the same FIN 7 rims on Ebay. These are a good find for me as I don't have any spare rims that fit over the front brakes. Now I just have to decide if I'm going to paint them white or leave them as is....??

They look great as they are!

Black is too undefined. Never really liked black wheels honestly.

+1 for baz

They look good as is.
I dont mind black, but not white. They are forever dirty.
Charcoal for me is best (cant notice the brake dust)

Agree with you both, and Jack thats the same reason I painted the wheels on my XR fucus black, I hate brake dust. If all 4 four rims look good enough when they get here, I might do the swap to polished.

I've been to rookie night for the Targa tonight Jack, I'll reply to your pm tomorrow morning.

Not much going on with the '63 Build. Waiting on Brad to pull his box out, and need to go down and see Brian to buy a rear diff. After the weekend of the 24/25 this month, it's game on to start the swap. A mate dropped over a twin motor window washer bottle yesterday that I'm going to make an IC sprayer setup. Intake temps are up into the high 50's after a good run, be nice to try and get them down, certainly need to find a bigger IC for the stroker.

Some video of my last run yesterday at MC Sprints, after fixing the spark plug disaster. New R888's don't feel any good, but I was pissed at this stage and wasn't really driving any good was driving worse than normal.

I promise you Brian, all the footage from Targa SW will show me in a skirt!

It was a testing day to say the least, was glad just to have a car that could rev to 6k (7200 was the recorded highest on Haltech)

Pump Hill stage being the last hoorar stage for this '93, I'll dial up some bigger numbers for you mate, promise

Hmmm, A onesie skirt, I'll go talk to Ivan at Go Gear, they might have something :)

New rims arrive just in time. Look really good in the silver.

^^ Yep, really happy with them. Reasonable price for 2nd rims that have never even had a tyre fitted to them. I will cover them with forum member EIII's new soft Z221's so at least I have a choice over the 888's

Hope you smoked that CommaCoupe!

New rims fitted up with 215/45's. I gonna have to give the guards a little tickle tonight, just touching in a few areas over the bigger bumps.

Past Targa SW scruts last night, happy days!

Good luck guys hope it goes well. Glad you have taken the car to next level doing the Targa. Next year it will have to be Targa west.
