20G would be what i would recommend, 60/1 if u want a bit more power, 25G would be too much for a 93T
Bonus of buying a TD06SL2 20g is they make 2 different types
This 1 is like what i have, looks like an OEM turbo, bolts up like an OEM turbo even lines fit
http://www.ebay.com/...=item19cfe71192
Of these, basically same as the 1 above but with a different compressor housing
http://www.ebay.com/...=item1c27ba6212
You could also look at getting the anti surge com houisng

if your doing it get the bigger comp housing, it will be laggy either way (so you may aswell have the better comp cover), but kick hard when its up in the revs

My mate just chucked a Kando (Kinugawa) td06 25g on his rb25neo with some e85 and bigger injectors and made 380rwkW @ 20psi.
The turbo seems to come on boost pretty quickly, pulls hard and is quite cheap.
edit: car has more power than I thought

Im running a td06sl2 25G with a 3 inch anti surge cover on the silver evo3.
The motor is built with stage 2 crower cams etc and a plug in vipec ecu.
On 20 psi it has made 276 kw at all 4 and makes great boost early etc.
Its making full boost by 4500 and pulls all the way to 8000.
These are a great value turbo.
