I have the wrap, but haven't done it. but the cheap wrap will not shrink as easily as the more expensive stuff.

Patience is something you needs heaps of to do a bonnet...thats why I paid someone to do my bonnet. Little bits are easy...but bonnet was a killer, especially the Evo bonnet with so many curves and bumps.

The trick when doing large areas like a good or roof is to wet apply it this allows you to back it off if its not sitting right

The guys on utube make it look so easy.
i reckon you going to need 3 people to get it on.

Does it heat shrink like window tint or stretch with the heatgun? Clips all show them heat and stretch it but the sign guy over the road was shrinking it. he says it shrinks in one direction only, to the top and bottom of the roll.

thoughts and comments?

Yes it does stretch like window tint to some extent.. You could do it with 2 guys but you need to know where to start and which direction to push the spears as I call them.

If your replacing the roof why not just get a real carbon roof skin. There is a Japanese evo3 featured on speedhunters with a carbon roof. Someone has left a link on here http://www.speedhunt...-force-ego-iii/
