Your manifold is good for mild performance upgrades. Have a look on dsmtuner for their upgrade paths for your engine

The one Jack is talking about would suit Evo 1-3 and early VR4.
Personally I wouldn't bother with that particular manifold as it won't do much for you and will most likely hurt performance when it eventually cracks!
