What size is the auto throttle plate? Are they the same as the SSG?

Some updates on this beast.

New head unit, gauges and remote central locking properly installed. Fuel and ignition maps touched up. Getting around 500km to a tank with hwy driving now!

Forced four shiftbox installed with additional foot switches so that gears can be shifted with two hands on the wheel. The hand controller is magnetically docked.

All of it is switched with the factory "A/T" switch between clutchless manual and full lazy auto.

Phasing on the balance shafts were incorrect causing some wild engine vibrations above 5k RPM, now rectified and it revs nice and smooth. It's quite a nice car to drive now!

Running STD camshafts now @ around 18psi and it only managed 15.6sec 1/4 mile. And that was 'launched' with around 11psi stationary boost. Considering manual conversion..

Haha Ben and I were racing and his 60' was 2.14 something or other. He passed the line at around 92MPH.

I was thinking of the next stage of my car to be the auto before the motor. It would be such a slug then, glad i have the manual flywheel now for the 6 bolt.
So im decided, 6 bolt conversion with manual, and auto after that. Cheers

^thats why I'm still undecided too, giving the auto a go though,

Does this have the valve bank upgrade?

Valve body upgrade?
That mod only makes the shifts faster and ups the pressure to hold the bands tighter to prevent slippage. Wont do much for times or mph.

Nah man, stock trans.
Yeah I don't like the auto. I've driven plenty of other automatic cars. These ones just seem to take forever to get moving. My last auto RVR was the same.
I'd imagine with a higher stall RPM, it would be even worse.
Each to their own I guess, I'd prefer manual anyday but I don't go drag racing much, which it seems is all this auto is good for.
