Sooo thought I would chuck these up, nothing super exciting just my new KLS Power Spirit TD05 16G and my dump pipe (note the paper clip holding the dump in place )

So what do I need to do to make this Turbo fit? Someone was saying I need to rotate the turbo and modify the intercooler piping?
here are some pics when i bought Subaru inlet snail for my TD05 16g/20g
i went this way because Subaru snail just fits better the angle from turbo down to stock piping.
here is the link to one of inlet snails/housings i bought
http://www.ebay.com....79ae671b&_uhb=1
it fits bolt on your big 16g evo3 turbo
here are some pics of my first upgrade with big 16g/20g to fit rvr hsg
this is when i made custom bracket and fitting actuator to suit so i can weld it onto bracket
look from underneath how to fix adapter.
engine bay look after finishing it
this is how RVR HSG manual and auto turbo compare

Pretty sure those KLS turbo's are wet float bearings. Looks nice though, will be an easy install mate. Just head to an exhaust shop and show them what you need made up, it'll take them 10min to whack together an actuator mount.
Thats awesome mate! Thanks so much for the effort I now have some idea what im actually doing haha!!
Cheers!!
Hey I see you have those stupid Narva trailer tail lights that mine has! My reverse lights don't work and half the time the others don't either.

Hey man,
It actually feels pretty solid. I still haven't put it into the car yet thought haha. Waiting until I got everything sorted with my engine!
This should help free up those exhaust gasses!! 100CELL Venom Exhaust Works cat, all Australia owned/made. Seems like pretty good quality
How much are they Mike...and are they stamped with any numbers?
3" ??

This was their "old design" from last years stock so I got it for $100. Cant see any difference between that and the current ones on thier ebay store? Cant see any number stamped on it but its 2.5" like the rest of my exhaust and 100 Cell.

Newest additions to my flock!!!
Evo 8 560cc Injectors
TurboTech manual Boost Controller (These are supposedly great! 100+ Pages thread on SAU about them)
3" Intake pipe
And last but not least my borrowed test board for logging evoscan ( Thanks to Mio!!)
Next step is getting all this in and raising the boost to 16psi with the new Walbro 255. Logging with evoscan, getting custom chip made. Hoping for around 175kw

Oh and I forgot this, one of the final pieces of my exhaust puzzle!
Yea man, my exhaust will be = 2.5 dump pipe to 3" piping, to 100cell cat to piping, to 3" xforce resonator to piping to rear muffler, so hopefully its not too loud or droney.
sounds similar to mine....which is noisy...I have a different muffler but...soon to be changed
