Hi guys,
Recently bought myself a 1992 E39A VR-4 Galant to be used as my daily. It has been in the family for a while and has had lots of work done mechanically but the body is poor, so will be on the hunt for lots of bits and pieces but this is a good fun little car.
I have loved Galants most of my life and have owned just about every model over the years.
Currently I have;
1992 E39A VR-4 Galant - Daily
1979 A123H Scorpion (Galant) GS/R - X2, Sons first car project.
1975 A112H Galant GSII Hardtop - W/ends
1973 A55C Galant GTO X-II - Project
1972 A53H Galant GS Hardtop - Just sold
Anyway, I am going for a look around the site, looking forward to a cruise or meet,
Jason

And I thought the gto was cool...thats nice↑↑↑
I was bumming around in e49 powered centuras when I could afford a mid 70s car... (mid 90s lol) I thought I was the shit when I squeezed a 383 into the little centura but I was just further confusing the weight distribution problem they had and it would always want to spin around and go the other way...if you kept your foot in it at least it would spin around with plenty of smoke and look cool.. If you backed off it would just spin around twice...

Thanks guys.
BYBY5L - The bonnet took hours of masking but I am happy with the look.
Jack of all - I always wanted a Centura, olds had one newish when I was a kid and I loved it. Getting hard to find these days.
Cheers miss_hendo - the car and I do get around a bit, lol. It has been featured on Speed Hunters and Gearheads websites too. I like to get the love out there for the older Mitsu's, sick of seeing all the bloody Datsuns and Toyotas
The GC is nearly finished with a new engine up grade, should be on the road end of August.
GTO is yet to be collected from Victoria, road trip is next weekend
A53H is going to a new owner in Victoria at the same time.
Scorpions are a project for my Son's first car, he turns 16 in June 2014.
And here is my current VR-4. Mechanically it is perfect and pretty quick. Body is clean and straight but the clear coat has died and some dick fitted roof racks.
Over Christmas it will be cleaned up and painted Trigger Mauve from the Gen8 VR-4's

Thank you Sir.
I do have flares for it but honestly they don't suit the hardtops.

Welcome Jason, I've seen your car a bit around Hope Valley. Adelaide has a dedicated group of VR4 enthusiasts. We have a Facebook page called Adelaide VR4 & get together for a meet every 2-3mths. Looking forward to meeting you
