I need to change my clutch so I might aswell get my flywheel lightened I assume the 93p/93t use the same flywheel? I need to know how much kgs can be shaved down to be safe and not shoot out the bonnet lol does anyone have any experience with this? help would be appreciated guys thanks

I think khubner cut a heap out of his.

I suggest just buy a ali one or a bisalloy one.
If you going to a puk clutch plate I suggest the ali one with replacable friction surface

I wouldn't know where to buy bisalloy or the other i get them shaved for practically nothing so its cheaper 3kgs is a lot did the guy have any problems did it last or explode on him lol

ive done a heap of lightened flywheels, actually have some in stock. 93p and 93t are different flywheels, its not the static mass that needs to be reduced, its rotational mass.

fyi, I run lightened flywheels in both of my gsr's, both satria's, and fitting one on my new motor box combo and have had plenty of R&D on them

How much kgs have you taken off safely I want to know what's the most you can go before before I cop half a fly wheel to the head while boosting lol

They will both physically bolt to the same crank the difference between a 4g93p and 4g93t fly is the 93t has raised sections for the presure plate where the 93p does not. It is merely the difference between an awd fly and fwd fly

R&D is research and development, that's why I race my car, and consult with a highly experienced automotive engineer. I cant remember the exact amount to remove for that flywheel, I now just use measurements as weight isn't really considered.
