Next question, I have a 2wd dyno at my disposal. Can I just not have the transfer case bolted up and tune it in fwd with out any adverse effects on the gearbox?

That's and easy fix. I think I need to pull that end cover off anyway. Not unless u lock up the viscous coupling up. Or it will slip. I can make one up but it will mean u will have to pop the end cover of the box off to fit it and remove it once u are done
Where abouts are you,?

Alrighty so ill Start with where we left off.
I needed a Viscous Coupler Eliminator, and I got one off Cranked [thanks mate].
it was just a little bit short so i had to make up a little spacer.
..
..
I took it outside for the first time in 3 years and gave it a wash.
..
..
..
Took it down to my work to get it tuned by Rob Novak the man.
..
..
Was having problems with with Malpassi Fuel reg, problem being it's a 3:1
so i had to get a 1:1 fuel reg, my mate hooked me up with a Aeromotive one.
..
Managed to pump out 250whp and about 245FtLb at 14psi.
..
My next mod was a cooling panel and of course it didn't fit properly with my alloy rad.
..
..
had to trim around the top hose and the corners of the rad.
I really needed to clear up some space and I've wanted to get some shelves for ages.
..
Filled it full of all my stuff haha and also finally got a proper work bench.
..
and a vice!! you have no idea how long I've wanted a vice hahaa.
..
Also a MIG welder! for $90 i might add. Fixed it up and it works a treat.
..
Put it to good use, extended the wastegate 10mm.
..
Now it doesn't hit the rad, it's close but it's better.
. .
Next up i had to make a bracket for the Intercooler. You can kind of see it here.
..
Also got a Davies Craig thermo fan mounted up to the rad
..
I needed a oil catch can, so i just bought the cheapest one that was able to be disassembled. Then made up some baffles inside it.
mounted it next to the fuse box and got some oil hose from the hydraulic shop and some clamps from Bursons.
..
I've done a few of the smaller things as well such as,
Bleed and flush the brake fluid,
Ordered new T3 4000 series rotors, QFM Comp 9 front pads and QFM A1RM rear pads,
New 225/45/17 Hankook Z222 RS-3 tyres,
Rear camber arms,
Had to drill out the OEM gearknob to fit the extender,
Got a new temp gauge sender, the 2 that were in the engine didn't work,
Had to redrill one of lower intercooler mounts to get the front bumper to fit,
Replace front sway bar bushes,
Replace the turbo feed banjo bolt,
Put the interior back together,
Im waiting for my brakes to arrive and I'm going to Lakeside on the 9th of November.
RACE TIME!

I had a gate that wasn't that close and with the rock of the motor it dinted the radiator, not enough to bust a hole, but yes a little close for comfort.

I the wheels back on this morning and took it for a drive around the block. I need to raise the front a little, the tyres scrub a tiny bit on turn.

I put a bit of paint on the radiator and wastegate
..
took it out side with the new tyres on
..
..
..
..
..
..
I took it for a drive the other night as well and the wastegate didnt look to hit the radiator[ thats why I painted it]

Did you cane it? Its only going to hit when the motor rocks back and forth.
hah, you don't know who I am. I flogged it hard
Had to make another bracket for the oil catch can as well to drop it down a bit, I didnt realize it was hitting the bonnet hahah.
also raised the front 10mm and moved[bent] the tabs for the front bumper mounts on the guards.
Will be getting a wheel alignment on Monday morning.
Front
camber -2.5*
toe in 0mm
Rear
camber -1.5*
toe in 1mm total
does that sound good?
The brakes are going to be cutting it close, they are supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Race day is on wednesday...
