F**king awesome!!!  Great shots.

Looks like you had a blast and the best thing is you were able to bring the car home in the same condition you took it to the track in - THAT is the definition of a truly successful track day.

All photos were taken by my Mrs on her new DSLR I got her for her birthday.

It was a good day indeed.
I will definitely be doing more track days when I fix some more things and can get out.

A track day is the only way to really appreciate what these cars are capable of.

The weird thing is there is next to no oil in the hot side piping.

Yes but there is no oil in the catch can so it's not coming from there.

I've forgotten what turbo you're running, but it looks like a Garrett.  I'm running my oil feed from the head with a restrictor in the line, sofar *touch wood* it's been fine.

It's a Garrett GCG XTR500R which is the same as a gtx3576r I'm pretty sure.

I just got a new oil feel line made up today tho.

tyKYCG.jpg

I did try to have a look into the turbo and it looked like the hole was only tiny

Nice build man, may I ask what radiator you are running? I live in Canada and the evo 1 was never here so I had to do a bit of part swapping. I managed to get a rad from a 98 eclipse gsx to fit my car, only needed to make custom rad brackets and change the upper water neck to a 2g dsm one because the 2g dsm does not have the rad cap on the radiator like the evo does and then needed the 2g rad hoses but other then that it fits great. I would just rather have the proper radiator for my car.
