Okay boys and girls... these babies make a STUPIDLY LARGE amount of difference to the way the vr4 feels on the road.

By the way, it is physically possible on a stock jspec with 11psi boost to do perfect heli's utilising these toys. I need to get a video camera (next purchase) so I can prove this :P

Oh and the boot it's all concealed in :P

Next stop... install my sway bars (22mm and 26mm), and the camber kits.

Vely noice. Whiteline group buy? I got KYB rear struts (all I could afford :( ) and launching is heaps better now. I wanted to get a rear sway bar and camber bolts to tackle the understeer, guess I'll just have to save up though.

Whiteline = good stuff. Have bars/braces/shocks/springs/bolts/bushes, ie the works, myself. Adds corner speed :) and the ability to get the power down earlier :D

Have to get bikes to move over so I can pass 'em through the Black Spur :D :D :D

Can get Whiteline @ trade $

dunno about quantities = discount.

Bought all mine from Phillcom.

Got Struts (f&r)
Sways (f&r)
camber adjustement
hordes of nolethane bushes (from diff companies)
kyb's shocks for now, stock springs...

getting coilovers shortly.

Don't want a cage atm, I wanna keep my back seats. Gotta look into cage regulations before I start the designs. (IE: Bending, mounting methods etc).

Just the strut braces alone (with the bushes of course) made a HUGE difference. The car doesn't "dive" into corners anymore or dive under brakes.

you keep the back seats with the jap cages

but you wont be allowed in any cams events in them

...but if you want it just for rigidity and you're not planning on competing, i'd go for it

Fully plan to compete. Hence the lack of a cage atm. I'll figure it out!

It's to entice the morons down here to play with the traffic light grand prix. It also helps keep cops off my back because they go "Riced magna" and ignore it.

No, the best thing is the looks on people faces when you launch from the lights in a "grand prix". Especially the v8 boys :D and the Skyline boys.

Good to read the improvment's it made. Now I can't wait to fit mine..

For my CB I have had a front strutbrace made up from mild steel (which made a difference by itself), I had the whiteline adj. rear sway bar sent from PhillcomRally at the GB price and am going to recieve a whiteline pan hard rod very soon, I plan on making a rear strutbrace and have everything fitted as soon as possible.

hey.. that red airbox looks familiar.. 8)

cheers,

The red airbox came from someone on MGEC. The can itself had NA mounts so I reused the can that was in the vr4 and put the working MAS on the other end. Haha :D
