Build a Birdcage and some brackets in the front area
and made a first testfit for 26x10 :-P
so the 9" rearaxle are ordered and on the way to me, hope fore some more weld days in the next weeks :-D

Cromoly engine bar complete 1.300kg
Save 0.810kg each
and build a new lighter and shorter exhaust
New 9" rearend is also comming
some stabalizing brackets and complete suspensin mount i must weld on the rearend
Adjusting the complete rearend for the perfect place
also build a wishbone with 3 adjustable uniball rodends

The weld works are all ready and its time to paint the cage
Build in the rear the battery bracket and 20l Fueltank,have made no pics about that.
Exhaust finished
and also build the complete rear chassie covers and wheel tubs from aluminium
now ist enough room for big tyres :-P
in the next days i build the front ready and also inside the car.
only parts i am waiting fore are the reardiff with the axles and the brake chute.
make finished the selfbuild stronger Transferdiff and build a new stronger Driveshaft from transferdiff to reardiff.

some more pics from the rear covers inside the car
made3 finish the fuel lines. fueltank and rearbumper with some 8mm bars so he cant fly away
10mm inner diameter stainless steel fuel line and 8mm return line
with double bosch 044 pump
fuel tank are around 18L
also made enough room for 26" slicks in the front and take the engine out for small painting
also have became some parts back from the powdercoater.all parts in silver.
front and rear complete. just stick all parts together :-D
