Got it to fit im still going to rotate it!! Next question is anyone else think its too low?

should be ok, it will limit room to turn the dump pipe down and around a little though

get a dump flange the right shape and make a custon dump/front pipe in one combo

Actuator vs fan might be prob. Maybe make a mount to shift the actuator body further away to make the extended rod close to the comp.

Prob get the actuator body 20mm closer to the intake pipe.

Like Aldo ^^ we had actuator clearance issues in our VR4 with the same turbo to the radiator. It took a bit of refettling to clearance everything !

Its all good that thermo fan is not being used because its the a/c thermo and im not using the a/c its all gone!! hahaha

Can you point the cover straight down and run the pipe on the inside parralel to the lower radiator support then 180 bend into the cooler.

 

Well thats how mine is routed with a GT3071r on a 2L in a coupe. Not much room to play at all

93 GSR. VR4 4G63T 2.3 stroker. GT3582R. Aftermarket intake and exhaust manifolds. comp cams. etc

Thought for a sec you had a photo of my engine with the orange valve cover. then realised i dont have power steering or aircon

Yeah thats the way its going to point but ive got to dummy it up in the coupe make sure of clearance on engine mounts and what not
