I get dyno today with my new evo 3 ecu without tune...im only get 163whp..its totaly suck..my stock boost only 0.58bar..did u guys did the same whp?isit the ecu that haven tune make the 4g63t powerless? My fuel only rich a litter bit..

It is all about making more boost! Increase the boost, give it enough fuel and you will see more power!

Personally, I like manual boost controllers. They also happen to be cheap! ;)

You should be able to run 1 bar, which will give you another 60-70hp.

Normaly people get 240~250whp stock evo3..im aim for this target..thats why i change to evo 3 ecu..but something wrong and i just dont know why...cause if im increse the boost to 1 bar im also get not much whp..isit the sensor different so i need to tune much to have the power ? Or something wrong with my stock rvr hsg engine

Stock produce 250hp..even if i power lose on wheel..at least it use to be around 180whp ~200whp..and some more..i use evo 3 ecu..

I would think your power is ok for that boost, stock evo 3 don't make that much power

Compression checked...no problem at all..all around 11psi...how much stock evo whp on dyno? Stock boost 0.8?im only get 0.58bar 163whp :( but my friend told me normal evo can do 240whp

Stock figures of the RVR HSGR and Evo3 don't differ that much.

RVR HSGR = 250 engine hp

Evo 3 = 280 engine hp

The drivetrain is about the same so the losses should be nearly the same too.

I don't think an stock Evo 3 makes 250 hp at the wheels.

Let me try this again: .58 bar of boost is too low! Raise it (or find out why you are not making stock boost) and you will make more power!

Also stop coparing it to the EVO, I am sure EVO is making more boost!
