At wheels or crank?
At crank I think stock internals will do it.
Also, e85 or pump gas

Thats 300 kwatw.
Plenty of guys here have that.
Not sure but that may be around 25ish psi. Injectors are too small but I reckon the turbo will be big enough with a good cooler.
Easier on e85

Gonna need bigger injectors as mentioned and around 28-30psi with e85 will get you over the line.

I rekon ecmlink in a std ecu (or in evo-gsr ecu) or upgrade to a evo 7-9 ecu. But im very poor and like to tune it myself.

Is that turbo big enough jamo?

I dunno, I dont know the ins and outs of a vr4 harness. I sure your ecu plugs are different and afm is different plugs. Not sure what else. Im not a guru on this. Im going for a evo9 ecu, but not in a vr4.

I think your afm is too small as well. Either evo 7-9, maybe evo 1-3 or speed density.

I have been heading in the same direction recently... my aim is 250kw atw. If I were you, i'd go:

-ECM Link on single board VR4 ECU
-Bigger injectors (Injector Dynamics 1050cc+)

-1:1 Adjustable fuel pressure regulator

-New fuel filer
-E85 fuel pump (i'm using a DeatschWerks DW300 from VPW)

-External wastegate to control 25+psi

-A good clutch
-A good tuner

That is assuming you have all the other basic stuff sorted like exhaust, intake, cooler piping and a healthy engine etc.

Also- did you get your cams dialed in with some cam gears?
