Plenty of guys here have that.
Not sure but that may be around 25ish psi. Injectors are too small but I reckon the turbo will be big enough with a good cooler.
Easier on e85

Not on e85. You want around 2200 maybe 2000cc

I think your afm is too small as well. Either evo 7-9, maybe evo 1-3 or speed density.

I have been heading in the same direction recently... my aim is 250kw atw. If I were you, i'd go:
-ECM Link on single board VR4 ECU
-Bigger injectors (Injector Dynamics 1050cc+)
-1:1 Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
-New fuel filer
-E85 fuel pump (i'm using a DeatschWerks DW300 from VPW)
-External wastegate to control 25+psi
-A good clutch
-A good tuner
That is assuming you have all the other basic stuff sorted like exhaust, intake, cooler piping and a healthy engine etc.
Also- did you get your cams dialed in with some cam gears?
