Looks like the first one is a TD04-13G-5, very small, off an auto vr4, the manuals ran a 14b and later a 16g, the 13g was only used with autos and had 154.3hp which was ok back in the late '80s early '90s, not so much now.

The second one is a TD04-11B-4.0, very very small, not off an evo of any sort, throw it on a lawnmower or something :P

1st one is the same as your GSR turbo. 2nd one is off a 4G61T and is tiny.

I have a 660cc turbo Daihatsu Mira, would this be an alright size for it?

The second one, which is the smaller of the two, is designed for a 1.6lt engine, the boost threshold would be fairly big if you put it on a 0.66lt engine.

Have a look around for one of the Daihatsu charade 1 litre turbos off the CB70/CB80 (I think) or go for a rhb 31 or 32 turbo, I think that would be a better size IMO

Or perhaps a TD025 from a 6A12TT VR-4
