I'd stick with it mate, I've done two turbo setups on my car now in the 13 years I've owned it (since new), and only just got it back on the road after an engine build that took me 12 months.
And even now I've only taken it out a couple of times due to little annoying things that need to be sorted.
I remember before I did the last conversion I had about two years of absolutely trouble free motoring and I actually got bored and either wanted something to go wrong so I could fix it or start spending more money on it.
At the end of the day I just can't bare to part with it because I love it and it's different, even though in most peoples eyes it's just a shitty 1.8 litre turbo hatchback which is still front wheel drive.
