yeah in my instance is going to be easier to plumb back the ssqv, custom intercooler piping etc

 

might take you on on that jack, going to try and find an airbox at the wreckers & go from there, cheers

 

& yeah agree on the whole 'partner' thing, i call the mrs 'the mrs' even though we're not married

Get a proton box if you get stuck.
The airbox bit I have is ex proton, but with the silencer knocked off, cleaned up, and the port blocked with a black plug. Looks fine.
And will clear the bov piping fine.

can anyone tell me if a standard cc lancer front bumper reo bar will fit a gsr with a fiberglass evo 3 bumper?

 

if so, is there any chance its going to clear this intercooler?

No way the reo will clear that cooler unless you cut the centre section out. You might even struggle to get the bar over it?

The intercooler will be stronger than the bumper support.
Just screw the bar to the cooler. Lol
