Can't really see if you have already, but have you got plans to brace that turbo somewhere?

I got one real easy one planned as pictured, and maybe from the flange mount to the gearbox somewhere, but I'm going to wait for it all to be tig'ed together properly and all bolted up and see where it can flex and in what direction the bracing needs to go to stop it.

not sure if you have noticed but there may be a few spots that will leak?
I took another look, and you're right, there were a few holes, fixed that up now

Get manifold HPC coated.
Better tune, after the swap it has just been running rich idle and cruse, will sort that out.
Try to Make some Boost! Should do boost least test before that now I think about it.

New engine build Jamo and oil pressure will be high, oil temps low too. Also depends on the type of oil used - hopefully 30 grade run-in mineral oil.
Now its just a case of chasing the gremlins after a build like water/oil leak, intake/zorst leaks, idle etc.
Shit happens. You cant expect get a perfect build every go if you've rebuilt an engine from scratch as the minor bolt-ons usually are the things that let you down

He's probably de-primed the lifters, they can take a while to refill.
That manifold looks good dude..

Yeah I thought it might have been new lifters which is why I asked.

The intercooler and oil coolers only cover the bottom half of the radiator, the fans have heaps of open intake through the front grill just under the bonnetHi mate, quick question, how are you finding your cooling sys going after having stuck so much in front of the radiator, oil coolers etc...
Haven't gone very far in it to know how the cooling handles, but I'm not worried
