For the couple of bottles you'll need to fill the case, you're close to buying the box haha
I tried that Nulon G70 stuff in my Skyline and it didn't really improve anything so don't bother with that.

Put some Castrol VMX-M into it as it was specifically made for VR4 and GSR non mech LSD transmissions. Its cheap enough and seems to work good for old gearboxes.
I have used it in a few GSR's and Proton gearboxes and it works fine.
My Nimbus transmission used to crunch bad when shifting into first gear when I first got it. I put that stuff in and it made it shift better and doesnt crunch (well rarely anyway).
A change of oil wont fix any physical issues in the gearbox, but for goodness sake, dont throw that bluey green Redline Shockproof alien blood thick snotty clumpy shit into a gearbox. That'll make it worse lol

Evo-oox may know if it will fit and if you can get to it without breaking any other bearings.

3rd gear is on the input shaft. You need to pretty much destroy a bearing to get to it.
Its a full gearbox disassembly to do it.

Unless you are using a wussy little press of course!
It's the bell housing end that you need to destroy to get it off.
But new bearings are a good idea whilst it's apart!

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.
