Hey Team.

Do any of you get in to the Whoop Ass Wednesdays down at Motorplex?? Getting the VR4 back tomorrow, going to head down and check it out. Keen to put the new clutch to work.

When does that open for this season?
I so dont want to break a centre diff tho. Maybe bring the bike, I best run that at 199kmh, just need to remove mirrors for a 200..

Starts up on 3 September. I haven't done a
1/4 mile run before, so going to watch this first
time round. 199km on a bike, Brave!!

Its only got a 3bolt mike ao be careful ive smashed 2 axles in my vr4 when it had a 3bolt... keen to come meet and watch with you. Any pics of the ol girl im still waiting for you build thread

i use to go when i had my jummy running fwd and had my old gsr havnt been for atleast 3 season now.. once i get my car to where i want it ill be back there for sure

Im keen for a run in a few weeks, going replace the front right wheel bearing before i head down as there is a fair bit of play.  

Also still 3 bolt with semi slicks so ill be going easy on the launch

Hey Wade, thanks for the heads up. Not going down now this Wednesday, got some Overtime on the cards, two days overtime = New Bigger turbo for the VR4 hahaha.

I just started a build thread today, only have one pic at the moment with her new shoes. Got her down in the workshop getting new Clutch and Suspension done. 

Boys said mite be best to try and find a better box to put in instead of the old one. So trying get one sorted at the moment. Fingers crossed. If not put the old one back in and ride it till it dies hahahaha.

I will be there sometime in the near future....with what ever in the fleet is running at the time.

 

silver gsr....fucked rings

silver gsr...no engine.

red gsr....dropped out a thrust washer

red gsr that looks like a golf ball from hail....knackered clutch

white gsr. stolen by coons and trashed

evo two rally car...engine siezed

Black evo one. Runs but low power

JDM gsr RS....stock driveline and wont rev over 3000.

 

maybe I should stay home and fix some.....

the whole lot of them if they ran wouldnt cost anywhere near her 100k caravan!.......plus the jewellery she bought on the last trip

 

went to Coober pedy....got an opal......kununurra[argyle diamond mine].....fucking diamond ring that cost as much as a dog box

broome...oh we need some willie creek pearls.  No fucking way she will complain,

 

Plus another one arrived here today....she will see that when she gets home.
