Wanted: ERL T3 manifold. Prefer used. Or Redjack racing t3 manifold

If you have any other high end tubular T3 manifolds let me know what you have.

I will research fitment of what i plan to use; likely a HX40 in BEP T3 .70 housing, or hta3582, 6262. (If looking to offload any of these in t3 form pm me)

Ebay tubular stuff is out. I only want cast or higher end tubular ones that the manufacturers put warranty on

racefab do nice manifolds at a good price.

6262 would be my pick out of those with a twin scroll housing

Theres many many nice manifolds but im not up for spending 1k just on a manifold.
Im after after a more reasonable priced manifold hence a cast one, not ebay thin tubular crap the will crack.
Im going to make a black heat shield for it for a close to stock look and likely heat wrap it as well.

So super sexy tig welded stainless manifolds id want to drool over all the time aren't needed, ideally id have cast or steam pipe.

The cars sat for 2+ years after popping the motor and I got more into diving and motorbikes, so havent been on here.

Ive got a badly broken wrist a year ago thats not healing, so I may never ride a bike again, so I want to build a simple pump fuel car that can surprise a 600cc bike, so enough power to trap 120-122mph without E85 or meth injection.

I want ~25psi in the 4500-5000 range from a good flowing hot side for pump fuel power without meth injection, yet.

Turbonetics also make a cast manifold

The turnonetics, Treadstone, Godspeed manifolds look all similar or the same to me.

Im not convinced having the wastegate coming off the middle of one runner rather than at the collector is a good idea, seems like a portion of the other 3 pulses would go half way up the runner 1 to exit through the gate, when cylinder 1 fires there's even more turbulence or pressure there.

It wont fit a hx35 or hx40 in a single scroll t3 bep.70 housing (i dont want to use stock twun scroll housings) and wont work with borg warner turbos put into the same BEP single scroll housing like an s259.
I also found a thread saying a guy tried a gt35 with a .82 rear and it hit the block as did a pte 6031.

Theres also people saying they have had the flange milled on an angle and bolt holes opened up and it fits. Basically puts the flange on an angle like the ERL.
A machine shop or head shop could easily do that, its just down to if having the gate halfway up one runner vs the collector is a good idea.

I have seen a fp hta3586 run on one of these manifolds so im wondering how that fit.

But I could wrap it and make a heat shield to cover it up and be confidant it wont crack.

Id prefer an ERL or Redjack racing one if someones changing their path or parting out.

I run a S259 and its pretty good, good power, good spool (on a 2.3) but I
do run a .76 t3 twin scroll. (now have .85 and a gtx 35 comp wheel in it though)

the thing that will choke your hotside is the bep housing, even with a big turbine wheel.

You think the t3 .70 single scroll bep housing is a restriction? Im not talking about the mitsi flanged .55 bolt up housing.

Maybe I should be looking at a gtx3582, 6262 all in t3 .82. These all have full boost around 5000 +or- which is the limit of what id live with.

Or for slightly better spool gtx3576 or hta3582, which would suit a ported cyclone intake manifold. These seem to be full boost by around 4700 +or- on a 2l which is better. They are 58 and 59mm inducer turbos, so smaller than the old plain gt3582 compressor but tests show they flow as much but with more torque and mid range. Still got a large flowing gt35 turbine so this is ideal im thinking.

Id love a hta3582 but 2k for a turbo on a car thats not worth much is a lot.

an s259 has (had) a 59mm inducer on the compressor but a very large turbine wheel (64mm exducer = 2mm bigger than a 6262)

on my 2.3 I was seeing 26psi by 3800rpm with the twin scroll .76 on e85 with 264 cams

gtx3076 would be my pick for a 2.0, but twin scroll is the key to make them come alive on a 2.0

Wrist injuries suck. I did a similar thing volunteering with SES and it made riding hell.

I've an angle milled turbonetics one coming from the states. I also don't like the position of the wastegate bleed but it was half the price of an ERL and it came with a tial gate.

See how it regulates boost when I get it I guess.

Lmk if you want one because the guy said he had two. One stock and one milled. You'd just have to pay extra for milling I guess or get it done yourself.

Otherwise if money is no object then I'd go ERL.

Good thing I have 2 Bachelor or Science degrees then ;-)

I pm'd u about the other turbonetics manifold.

I could get it running with that and mill the flange on an angle but also make a jig from that manifold, as id like to build my own steam pipe manifold. Wanted to for a while
