Hi all,

Just seeing what everyone has in the way of an AWD Evo1-3/Gsr fuel tank complete with senders/fuel pump cradle and filler neck.

Pulled the tank out of my project car and its f#%ked.

Cheers.

Isn't your car fwd? Or are you not talking about the proton?

Anyway if it's fwd can you use a coupe or fwd sedan tank?

I have several tanks over here in perth. let me know if you cant find a local tank. freight with likely rape you from here as it is dangerous goods after it has had fuel it it.

I found that out the hard way...........

Will the kbs tank kit fix yours ted? It will fix rust and pinholes.
evooox has used the stuff I think. And a few others.

Yeah it will jack i used it on my wagon tank it works well, no pin holes as such just very rusty and was thinking of a evo tank to have a straight exhaust instead of the snake that winds its way around the fwd tank.

Just so u know ted. You don't need to neck if you still running fwd. I did the same thing on my old lancer, for the strait zorst. The evo neck is to go round the rear setup

Im using my fwd filler in the ute with gsr tank.

Needed to cut off a front exhaust hanger for the tank to fit and double flare the fuel line to match up to the gsr flex.
Wiring plug mods too

The AWD tank in my lancer was one of the best mods I'd done haha. No restrictions on the zorst.

The exhaust will go on as well, no problems. One of the floor braces needs a thread in a hole. I welded a flanged nut in the hole.
My ute has a exhaust from a gsr on it. Its the same to the back of the tank.
