Guys,

Anyone here have experience in machining the standard td05 exhaust housing to suit td06 turbine blade?

Want to know in general what type of tooling and tolerances required for this job, who did it (yourself or shop) and if shop how much roughly would it cost and what info you had to provide them to complete this job?

I have run a td06 turbine wheel in a 7cm and 8cm housing, I had the machining done by a shop to save headaches

worth doing as it opens it up a bit in the top end
