Maybe the clutch is back to front! Did you do it yourself?

If its clutch it will slip more in higher gear. Get it to 3500rpm in 5th gear and give it the berries (up a hill is even better workout for clutch). If the revs rise disproportionately to speed (flares) its clutch.
traction gets better in higher gear. Not many guys will loose traction at 120kph in top gear.

I had a 6puk sprung plate that slipped. Is that what you have? A 4 or 3 puk will hold better (strangely). My clutch guy said i could take off 3 puks and it would hold better.
i went back to a organic plate.

I had exeddy organic....shit clutch...fried it in less than 20 thousand ks with only a 20g turbo on 98ron

I have a 6 puck clutch now with 300kw on e85....takes a raping all day long.

I have a spare of both centre diff and viscous. I replace the viscous first and see how she goes
