Uphill in 4th or 5th is where it will slip first. Getting progressivly worse till it wont get up your driveway in 1st.
oem clutch should hold 10psi easily if its in good nick.
maybe you just need a new clutch plate?

Doubt I'll be using Exedy again after what their Heavy Duty clutch did to my car.

Why all the Exedy haters? They make OEM clutches so if it's good enough for Mitsubishi, its good enough for me.

Only 12psi- i would use a std organic sprung plate and a hd pressure plate. Just a step heavier than std. Organic plates dont wear your flywheel and pressure plate like puk clutches do.

But organic clutches cant handle decent power or hard driving for long....I fucked my last one in 15,000 ks.....on only 20 psi

Its only 12psi on a 1.8 tho.
Id even be tempted to just keep your pressure plate and put a new clutch plate in it. When you pull yours, if its just worn out, replace it and save your money for the 2.0
ive probably got a reasonable plate here you can have for postage (you know its a sonata plate but). But id just go for a new plate (or even rebond yours for even cheaper at the local brake bonders) i would add a new throw out bearing in it tho.
