Hey guys ,

Ive just picked up a set of brian crower 272 cams for an evo 1-3.

Are there any draw backs and anything I would have to change If I wanted to put them into a stock 7 bolt engine?

any info would be appreciated.

I think you'll be fine, BC 272s don't have an overly high lift and are generally regarded as safe for stock.

Later model evo beehives would be a good upgrade if you see any for sale. I picked up a set of evo 8 beehives and retainers for around $50 posted

Hahaha yeah, it was my original intention, that'll hide the noise ;) ..Okay cool Ive just found the issue the other day, simply whipped the head of and the valve is f***d, Any way I've thrown on another head for now, which is all machined and valve guide seals replaced ,skimmed etc.

I'd like a nice lope to accompany my 3inch straight through exhuast :D
