It is needed to convert my existing plain bearing 3582 to a twin scroll. my engine builder wants the smaller hotside housing so he can machine it to suit the turbine wheel.
The outlet can be 4/5 bolt or ideally Vband
I need an AR82 or AR 78

Might be worth having a look on the Skyline & possibly Silvia forums, this is a common size turbo for these guys and you may find someone who's got parts laying around.

Even a .82 twin scroll housing will choke the 35R. Not sure if you are aware, but Garrett released a whole batch of new twin scrol housings to suit the 35r turbine last year.

So knowing that, I would go the largest twin scroll housing available. You'll get better spool than you have now, fat improved transient response and no sacrifice up top.

I already have a single scroll AR63 3582 bush bearing turbo that produces 387 hp at the tyres Just need it to spool a bit fasterto help exit corners better.

Then you'd want to change to a 3576 for even greater exhaust efficiency.... Never stops lol
Tell me about it mate - the snowball effect is all too real, before you know it you're caught in another avalanche of spending cash.

50hp dry shot. Peeeowww!I already have a single scroll AR63 3582 bush bearing turbo that produces 387 hp at the tyres Just need it to spool a bit fasterto help exit corners better.
More seriously though, you could try moving the intake cam. Kiggly says moving the intake is twice as effective as moving the exhaust cam. Thats why early mivec was intake cam only.
