Your boost will stay up through to 7k with that turbo

two things that will have to support this turbo setup if I want to push maximum out of it:
1-Transfer case rebuilt (stronger case with bigger bolts and wavetrac lsd)
2-Bigger injectors ( only 1150cc atm )
Updates on how the MAMBA went?
Turbo is great mate.Comes on boost very early. Couple of hundreds of rpm latter than evo 8 stock but keeps pushing to the red line.
Well worth the money.
I hit the limit of my injectors and pump as you can se in the pic running lean after 5500rpm
With low boost as shown it made great power.
Now i have walbro 460 installed, FIC 2150cc injectors, new radium fuel rail with inlet rubber hose and fuel damper as well. Pump is running 3 stages voltage and there is plenty of fuel up the top.
Just need a time to start tuning for 30-32psi of boost to see where it's going to end up being.
this is dyno readout with mamba run and last run on Evo 8 turbo
More to come
BTW: I've tested my base pressure today. With all radium staff plus walbro 460 on stock low voltage and stock fpr with venturi pipe drilled to 3.5mm pressure sits at 45psi without vacuum hose. Pretty close to stock 43psi so I'm more than happy to leave it as is.
How are you getting 3 stages of voltages at the pump? I know there is 2 on the Evo ECU.. not familiar with a 3rd stage.
I was thinking to change out the low voltage resistor block with a pwm module. That way the pump duty could be adjusted infinitely.
Great to see you are still going with this car.
Wow still going strong . I remember you taking me for a ride in it when i flew down to Sydney to buy the rvr. After going for a ride in your evo i ended up getting a evo 8 mr thanks to you hahaha i need a tune my evo is trash
Btw: Congratulations on your purchase
