Really all depends on what sort of power delivery your after and the ol' budget that'll dictate the build,
what were ya thinking? Stroker, long rod or std?

The rest of what you'll need to support it will cost though as mentioned above.
Better off working towards it in steps, you don't notice the obscene amount that you have spent then lol

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

20-24 pounds through a stock 4G63T?
Whats the maximum boost the standard two litres can handle?
I figured it would've been one bar like that 1.8's. Maybe a little bit more.

I've been running 35psi through mine on a PTE 6262 turbo for years with no ill affects.
I wouldn't try it with a 7bolt though
My tune is pretty spot on though.

The tune is the key element to achieving reliable power, especially when you're talking about having almost 500hp at the flywheel.

Just keep in mind too Speedy - I've destroyed two EVO gearboxes and am making 305kw atw. This was through circuit driving, not drag racing. My 4th gear failed when in my first gearbox when I shifted from 3rd to 4th and just put the boot in. My 2nd gearbox failed when I went from 4th to 5th and put the boot in. No clutch dumping, no flat shifting.
Something to consider.

Circuit driving creates a LOT of heat in the gears though.
An external cooler helps but not a heap!

I wouldnt have thought 35psi through a stock bottom end would last! Thats awesome work Tim, must be tuned well,
as ya got the 6 bolt already speedy, use it! They've always had the better rep and are getting even harder to get but as Shane mentioned the box is the questionable bit, its why my alternate engine/ driveline build aim is 270-280kw

just for the record, it is possible to get crank walk in a 6 bolt, that's what killed my engine.
