Do you mean the ones that hold the plastic spark cover or the valve cover?
Valve cover colts are just a 10mm, as BYBY5L mentioned it's the seals that are the key part. I used S/S bolts and washers on mine when I changed the seals. As long as they are the right length you're all apples.
Spark covers are different to a normal bolt as they have a collar and washer in one type of deal. It's designed to stop the bolt from going too far into the cast as well as fitting the plastic cover neatly.

Take an un-fucked one to a bolt shop or supershite and buy an overpriced pack.. Either that or put on a pair of cargo pants and do a nuts and bolts run at the local wreckers to pick up some that might match........as well as the usual 8,10,12,14,17,19mm bolts for spares.
