Hey guys hoping some one can direct me in the right way ?

I have a proton satria gti and have turbod about a year ago my build is on the forum .now I'm up to upgrading my fuel pump because then I know I have one that I know of will the walbro gss341 fit plug and play? I bought one of these for fairly cheap off a mate out of his car its only 7 months old and is genuine cost him 180$ is there any dramas I may run into and can anybody here tell me if the satria fuel pump cradle is the same as the cc gsr ? Just for future reference then I know .

Thanks in advanced

Alex.

Cradle it different. It doesnt have the transfer pipe from the other side of the tailshaft hump.
But im sure any pump that fits the gsr will fit the proton. This i think was from when i pulled my jumbuck pump and compared it to my walbro in the gsr tank.

I now have a gsr tank with dw300 fitted to the ute.

my connector cooked. The one between tank loom and body loom. It will be bottom pass side of rear seat. Passes out just above floor pan onto top of tank. I just hard wired that connector (on roadside with gas solderiron) its still a bit dodgy job, but no further issues.
4g93t jumbuck conversion. PRANGED 18/3/12, CHECK MY MEMBER RIDES Page 11. no serious human injuries.
ON THE ENGINE STAND. g4cs 2.4l + Gt35r. PLUS: auto conversion + Awd coming.
thanks for parts and help: BMGTZ, EVOCPE, cwolf, Benozi, Jamo-GSR, 1JUM2NV, RXVII..much appreciated, cheers guys.

the pump cradle assembly is different (different flange on top and no hump transfer) but the actual cradle section i believe is the same.

to fit a walbro you will have to cut away the oring receiver cup for the factory pump and replace that with a short section of hose from the walbro barb to the metal line in-tank (don't forget to debur and possibly flange the pipe alil to minimize issues)

i'm sure you've probably seen the pictures of my install of a walbro 400lph pump (fits in the factory spot with that 1 mod plus wiring)
