Aldo has my respect. When everybody was trying to convince him that the auto was a waste of time, he politely told them all to "GET F*CKED" and went against the grain to R&D and invest his own time and money into making it happen. That's what engineering is about. His passion has paid off and now we know all his dirty little secrets lol Well almost all of them....

Thanks fellas!! I had to put up with the saying Autos are a Girls car for a while.
I killed 3 boxes in my early days & found the weak points that needed modding.
Then Joey put his trust in my autos, Thanks Joey!!
I have tested several extra mods in my own cars & I only find the results by
pulling it out to check for slippage marks etc. Testing all costs money.
The current 2 builds for Rick & Scott have big torque, so I'm increasing the
thickness of their piston plates even more for more clutch bite. I hope their
CVs etc do their job.
Going forged & an MRB HP Green with 30psi to test my Evo 7 GTA auto build.
Puting a Wavetrac lsd up front & an Evo 3 rear end. Getting too old for this

Hi Aldo,
I just bought a GTA for the wife...{yeah right.} I also bought a low km box which I thinking of having "built" can you tell me any tricks that will help it live behind a 2.3 with a stock evo 8 turbo and some small cams? I havent got power figures as Im about to build it.
BRIAN
Black evo 1 full road rego and done properly/legally
I have heaps of parts...but never the one I need.

How much power can your autos handle Aldo?
I think you are talking about the RVR auto box. The box won't break.
If it's a drag only car, the grip can be made to bite more.
If it's a street car, the grip should slip more.
