Hi guys, I'm getting no power going thru my hsg after the turbo manifold broke thru the alternator rubber boot and made a tiny spark. No lights on immobilizer aswell.

I've checked the Alternator 3 pin relay as per translated fuse cover with 12v, there no click sound. Is it suppose to be making a sound or I've done the test incorrect. Where else should I be looking at?

Wae.

It will be a fuse, your relays will be fine, check all the fuses in the box.

I've done resistance test on each of them, they are ok.

do a visual check I don't see what else it could be. Main engine fuse from memory, it should be one of the big ones. check all of them though.

if it's a relay not clicking on, check it's getting power. if not, check fuse. if so, change relay

When you say no power, I assume you mean to all electricals?
If you have done a battery relocation in the hsgr I would check that power is getting to your engine bay as the feedback from your alternator may have blown something in its travels. Do you have power from the battery anymore, may have overloaded that as well. Does your fuel pump prime?

Sorry i've been bit busy lately, I ended up shorten the bolt on the alternator prevent it touching the exh manifold. Tap on a new battery, and checked all relay and fuses, still no power...

Any idea how can I reset the immobilizer?

Thats correct no power to all electrical, no light on immobilizer. This issue happened after i attempt to reallocate the battery to the rear and some how the bolt touches the exh manifold from the alternator ( now its shorten). Battery is now moved back to the engine bay, literally no response to my immobilizer remote, zero power.

Still the same  :( , I might be towing the car to a mechanic to sort it out next week or so. Unless some one from Perth can come and help out happy to pay some cashy.

Hey Brian! I'm based in Riverton. Last time we meet I bought a gt35r from you, not sure you still can recall.  <_<

I ran into trouble with the council so couldn't do any vehicles work infront of my yard, let me know if you could help out.

Wae.

Are you really, really sure it's not the 60 amp fusible link hanging off the battery terminal?

If nothing works at all it has to be that

There should be voltage at the Starter always as there is no fusible link there and at the alternator connection (not the 3 pin plug) which is via a sub-fusible link

See the attached which is for a VR4 but you get the idea?
Perhaps there is more than one link blown?

If it was the immobiliser at least there should be a flashing LED on the panel?

Resetting he immobiliser is usually done by entering your pass code using whatever procedure they have given you

No power has been solved, it was due to a missing cable between +B terminal to the 60amp abs relay. Gotta thanks Brian for that!
