I get popping when I boost hard. It's not fuel cutting. It's not backfiring. It gives out a couple pops at around 6k-7k revs...change spark plugs perhaps coz of all that dirty oil? lol

yeah changed oil/filter and plugs and she's driving better and boosting hard. Apart from the ryco filters from Supercheap that I get, do you guys recommend any others? I obviously use full synthetic oil but was just wondering...

Amsoil or k&n filters use stainless steel elements and have served me well.
Ryco are OK also. Never had an issue really.
