The car I'm playing with is not a mitsubishi but will be and has been powered buy a 4g63 before. Just got hold of a wrecked evo1 to get the Motor out of so the project will be moving ahead soon.

Mate of mine has a nice Mk1 Mexico rep. Would be great with a 4G but he has the pinto instead.

Hi all, I am from Canada, my foreman at work got me into the Eagle summit/colt vista/expo lrv/ space runner. He has his dodge colt tall wagon swapped with a 4g63t and his awd galant, and his eagle talon. These vehicles are hard to find in Canada and information is almost as difficult.
Thank goodness for the internet!
I bought one colt vista awd auto with a seized transfer case and broken driveshaft with smashed brake/fuel lines (all of them) exhaust too....
turns out drivelines are hard to come by around here, so I now have 4 vans as various parts cars. AND a 4G63 swapped mirage/colt coupe that popped up 300kms away... So 6 bolt 4G63 motor plus many vans with improper auto transmissions to handle the power haha.
I also have a colt vista with a 6bolt 4G64, auto, awd....
I bought the colt coupe not running, and found the valves had been smashed into the pistons, and then the previous owner tried just rebuilding it as is, without machining it.
I am gonna machine up to bigger 2g pistons to get higher compression and swap in the appropriate 33 auto transmission
too much for a first post?
Thanks for reading!
