Hey guys so I'm not too sure about this but does the hood off a 93 mirage fit a evo 1 ? I'm really curious because it has the same headlights and the rear taillights can bolt in as well so it seems to me this is the same chassis . Reason I ask is vis makes an oem carbon fiber hood but it says it fits the mirage .

I think you call the lancer a mirage over there, if that is true then yes it will fit, but has to be from a sedan not a coupe

So long as it is raised like the evo bonnet it should clear the 4g63t engine.
If it is flat like the factory mirage bonnet then it will not.

I just fitted a stock bonnet on my CC GSR with a 4G63 , and had to put spacers on the bolts , its still very close to the top timing cover , so Im going to trim that section of the spider out also
