That intercooler in the photos is a off the shelf chinese one. I think it may have been restrictive so have swapped it for one I picked up locally (Custom made using a PWR core for NZ$100!!). Hopefully she does the business on the dyno.

So I've had my car back on the dyno this week. First run up at the car made 230kw at the wheels, well down on the 310kw it had previously made. I got a call from the tuner so headed down to the workshop and he completed a boost leak test which came back fine. The tuner said he had another couple of ideas which he would look at in the following morning. Anyway the next day I get a call with an explanation of the reduced power. The flexi in the exhaust system had failed and had blocked the 3" exhaust to run through a 1" hole. Once this was rectified the power was back up to 300kw. Waiting for tomorrow for the final power figure and the dyno charts which Ill post up eventually.
Heres the photo of the blocked flexi. Not uncommon by the sound of it!
