Has anyone been doing this?

Ive done it a couple of times an had a bit of fun there ars some fairly quick cars out there now, bee good to see a few more 4G's. 

There is one on the 22nd of this month

Been going to the Sydney one. Its pretty fun..but all the big tuner shops are getting involved now so its very competitive.

Yea its the same here when I first went there were only a few fast cars now there are heaps an some guys are building them just for these events. It's more fun losing a close race to a fast car than killing all the falcons hsv's etc.

Yep Brisbane has gotten very hardcore lately. Lots of 10sec cars rocking up unless you have an absolute monster you don't stand a chance.

Yeah, last one i looked at was gone so quick too.
Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely look into it.
I just don't like the idea of launching my car at the moment, especially when big turbo goes on. My driveline wouldn't survive too many for sure but roll start should be a lot less stress on it

The Roll Racing movement is taking off...

 

I know here in VIC that they are starting this at Heathcote Park Raceway.

 

Not sure how much fun it'll be.  Half the fun is watching cars Launch off the line!

Definitely better on the drive train though!

Won't make it this time. I have some 98 left in my tank plus just installed cop kit. I may wait to install big turbo unless that fails and I can't wait any longer
