Afternoon gents I have fitted a non airbag wheel to my rvr. I was looking at clearing the SRS light by fitting a 3.3 ohm 0.25watt resistor which seems to be the norm. However after attaching the resistor my airbag light is still on.
I have wired the resistor temporarily between the brown and blue airbag wires as the pic below.
If anyone has done this successfully please comment and let me know what I have done wrong.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey Ben. If you do a search on "Airbag" on the RVR forum the 3rd post that comes up has a solution that worked.
Check it out bud.

I did check it out but it seems more like a work around than a solution. If I was going to go that route I'll probably just remove the bulb! Seems like running the car with no airbag throws a code that has to be cleared and that's where I screwed up!
I was just kinda hoping to have it reversable to OEM wheel with airbag.
Might try putting the airbag wheel back in and see what goes on.
