Ran it on a previous Evo 6 RS I tracked with a mate. It sounded great!
It was set up by SAS in Sydney using an Autronic.
Never really had that much of an issue with it, as the car wasn't street driven and therefore we didn't put many kms on it.

The RVR will no longer be a daily driver, it will be a weekend track day oriented car maybe a few local hillclimb events they run at mt cotton up here in brisbane etc. And would be made to be either on or off it still will be running rego to get to and from its events assuming nothing breaks. The local hillclimb track is very tight and would benefit greatly from AL

Bear in mind that anti-lag creates a surging effect which influences the way the car feels. This can undermine your confidence if it accelerates a little when you don't want it to.
So you may find changing to the right turbo is a better use of money than setting up anti-lag.

And it should only be used with ball bearing turbos. I suppose you can use it on sleeve bearings, but they will not last.

I have had anilag available on my ECMLink for many years now. But I never activated it!
~15 years ago, when I had my own shop, I sold 16G turbo to a Gallant VR4 rally driver, who used antilag. He wanted to try out $600 turbo instead of $4k turbos they were normally using. He said it only lasted a few stages! He would have been happy if it lasted the entire event, but he wasn't that lucky.
