I am  seriously considering selling my highly modified road legal 350 HP at the tyres Starion that has been modified over time as funds became available.

he car has the following

 

    MOTOR

- 2323 cc twin cam

- forged pistons and rods

- ported big port head by Peter Liddle

- Kelford 254/270 cams and springs

-Falcon TB

- ARP main and head studs

- 1000cc injectors

- Haltec E6X

- Ceramic coated steam pipe equal length divided exhaust manifold.

- Garrett 3076R twin scroll turbo

- Turbosmart Comp Gate 40 ext gate

-3 inch exhaust system

- Custom PWR cored intercooler

TRANSMISSION

- Billet steel flywheel ARP bolts

- solid centre clutch

- Recoed RX7 box with short shifter

- Rare 3.9 LSD

 

BRAKES

 

- 300mm S2000 dimpled and slotted front discs

- air ducts to front discs from front spoiler.

- Std vented rear discs

- Willwood bias adjuster

 

SUSPENSION

 

- Coil overs all round with recoed KONIS by FULCRUM

- Corner weighted

- revised spring and shock  rates by FULCRUM

- Stock front bar

- Adj rear bar by FULCRUM

- All bushed are urethane

- Solid bush to diff x member to body

- Front RCA's

- Rear RCA's as per Group A regs and FIA homologation papers

 

WHEELS &TYRES

 

- 9 17X7 wheels

- 5 with 225x45x17 FEDERAL RSR-R tyres as new

- 4 with NITTO Semi slicks 1/2 worn

 

BODY

- rust free

If I was to give an appraisal, i would say around 15 to 20k.

Sounds good as that is what I was thinking.

Just need someone to come up with the cash OR I would take say a 200SX or Civic or Integra  type R as part payment.

 

It has been  and still is my track and street sprints car and is not a showroom car.

Forgot a couple of things so here they are

 

1 has a JA bonnet with Sierra vents to extract heat out of the engine bay.(Didn't want to mod the rare JB one)

 

2 A 3 piece  JD/wide body rear wing rear wing.

 

3 Has a heat insulating phenolic inlet manifold gasket that reduces heat transfer to the manifold which has been port matched to the head.

 

4 Radiator has a v8 Holden core and twin electric fans one of them is a SPALL that cost $300.00+ AND THE CAR DOES NOT OVERHEAT ON HOT DAYS IN TRAFFIC OR THE TRACK .

 

The gearbox,brakes,clutch, Wastegate & turbo have less than 2000k klms

 

FYI the rear suspension mod cost app 2k alone.

Hi Derek you may well be right but the car needs a younger faster driver to bring out the best in it and as I will be 4 score years old soon maybe I should get something a bit slower??

 Forgot to say that the car has Qld Transport blue plates ( engineered) for all the mods and is road legal EXCEPT for the atmo blow off valve that can easily be changed if needed.
