If you are still having problems with headgasket sealing under high boost then maybe you need to bite the bullet and have it machined for stainless O rings and a copper gasket.

Sorry I totally forgot this page but a lot has changed but i still have regular headgasket, cuz it will work just fine ,if i keep boost pressure limited up to 1.1bar
My specifactions; stock 4g92 block, 2.5" exhaust, no catalysator, fuel pump from gti lancer, 650cc injectors, running on e85, megasqruit 1 v2.2 with launch control, pulstar pulse plugs, ownmade snake nest t3 turbo manifold with seperated wastegate, garrett gt3582r turbocharger, honda civic type r racing rafiator, 300x600x75mm intercooler with 2.5" pipes, i still need better ignition wires cuz original or aftermarket one are not good enough, everything works fine and also works on stock ecu
