Hi guys,

Is anyone out there running a Wolf 3D ECU on a VR4 or other DOHC 4G engine? If so I'm curious as to what trigger disc you used, was it the stock item or a Wolf 4+2 dual pulse replacement disc?

We currently use the L-300 Dizzy which is 4+1 on our SOHC, you can configure the wolf to use the STD CAS of a VR4 with 4+2.

Thanks Derek, do you know if you can use the factory trigger disc on a VR4 with the Wolf ECU?

Yes you sure can, just need to tell it to skip/ignore the 2nd reference pulse. When you open up the CAS you should see 4 slots around the outer edge, these are the cylinder triggers obviously. The inner slots , 1 will be quite long & the other short, use the short signal as the reference/sync signal.
