.Wife's GTA is up for sale.
$13000.00
It’s been a great daily but time to move on. We are looking for a new tow car for the caravan and this is being sold to fund that. yes...Im old bloke amd looking to retire in the next few years
NO SWAPS or trades unless you want to swap a 200 series landcruiser with cash my way ....note the sarcasm please
I know every nut ,bolt and screw in this car and have done countless hours of work on her. It has been meticulously maintained as can been seen in the pictures. THIS IS A NICE, CLEAN CAR! That will bring the new owner a feeling of pride to own.
It has had the original engine replaced with a low km engine. There was about 60000 on that engine when installed and we have put about 10000 on that. The original engine is here but spat the chewy before I bought the car. (It can be purchased for extra if required)
The body KMs are around 197 k kms....mechanicals are as mentioned a lot less and in very good condition.
Exhaust is very good with MODERN AUTOMOTIVE PERFORMANCE {american brand of performance parts and are very high quality} Stainless Steel headers with provision for temp gauges, Stainless MAP O2 housing, MAP stainless front pipe heat wrapped. I think its all three inch front to back. Not too noisy but has a bark on boost.
Evo 8 turbo, with I think a 10.5 rear housing. ( would change to 9,8 if I ever I was to remove turbo), stock turbo also available for extra if needed
HKS boost controller set a 21psi.
Mild flash tune with shift points altered. But I and the wife, mostly use manual mode. When it went down the strip at an evo vs subaru night it did a 14,3 just leaving it in drive. Im sure there is a quicker pass in it if you use manual mode but...i didnt want to hurt it on the night so kept it easy.
Strong auto gearbox overhauled when engine went in. It has welded planetary gear mount points and a one piece wave heavy duty spring. (manual changes with tiptronic are easy tho) there are around 10000 kms on it since over haul. No, its not an Aldo box
Front Bilsteins struts with kmac top hats for castor and camber adjustments. (fronts end feel and feed back is great)
Rear are currently stock but have some bilstiens if required
evo seven steering wheel....not the plain jane GTA wheel
Evo ten 18 inch wheels with almost new tyres (under 5000 kms)
New slotted front rotors and sports braking performance pads are installed..
New plugs, leads about 5000 kms ago.
After market cold side pipes
pod filter and adapter
Quality battery about a year old
New radiator about 5000kms ago..... due to a wayward screw drive punching a holes in a tube. Lots of swearing at the time.... all coolant hoses were replaced with silicon hoses at this time. Except top radiator hose as I couldnt find a silicon one,
AC regass in last year
New fan controller and idle speed controller recently fitted
Apexi Turbo timer
Ive got a lot of spares that cab be negotiated with the car
Genuine enquiries only please
