To make things simple ill ID the mounts in current possession (passenger/cam nelt side) .
A = VR4 hose shoe mount with rubber insert.
B = VR4 block mounted solid mount.
C = VR4 support mount. (used to support horse shoe mount but is now modified to remove the ugly 2 bolts)
From my understanding i can use the "B" vr4 mount with elantra mount which has the rubber insert to pull this off ?

It was bmgtz that posted about the lantra mount. I am only repeating as I recall. (Not elantra)
My mount is the same horseshoe mount that has been modified to suit the lancer body. I am yet to compare it to any other mount.

Nope... 120 buks down the drain. Did not fit.... the insert housing is offset from the vr4 one so no possible way of it worki g.
Went out and layed out 400 buks for meek ones instead as engine was out.

Hi guys, I have trouble with my 4G63T conversion.
Engine and ECU is out of a 1991 VR4 AUS spec in my 1994 GSR JAP spec.
The ECU does not fit on the GSR loom, the plugs are different. I do have the VR4 loom, but first of all its cut in 2 pieces and second it does not plug in to the loom of the car.
So what would be the best to do?
I don't want anything fancy, its just a daily driver.

You could plice the vr4 plugs into the gsr loom, or chase a chippable gsr ecu
I was going to change the connectors, but the amount of pins are different too.
With that I'll need the pin assignment of both ECU/cars

I have a chipped and bayed ecu that I'm looking to sell. Its chipped to run a 2lt with 510cc injectors and a 609 AFM.
