After finally deciding to finish my car due to my career looking as though it will be staying local, i have managed to score a job i was chassing interstate and the beloved VR4 cannot come with.
So only a month after finishing this full rebuild i have to sell my VR4.
As the photos show it is a recently painted (6k 2pac Jet black paint job) black 89 J-spec facelift Vr4 equiped with an origonal AMG (as in Mercedes) body kit, these are very rare and i only know of one other in Australia. Correct me if iam wrong.
Inc. front and rear bars,3 piece side skirts, rear 3 piece spoiler.
The engine mods are,
Complete freshen up of an RS vr4 engine
Removal of balance shafts and kit installed

This is a greatly regretful sale as i havent even been able to enjoy all my work, time and money spent on the car.If it were possible for me to take with me i would
Everything is now run in and ready for daily driving.
For more photos goto http://www.361true.com and goto the cars album
Price is not negotiable @ $13,000 can reduce this only by removing the wheels

Hey guys,
Unfortunately its a permanent move, i already have another car that i drive everyday, the move is to upper NSW and then WA and the car not only has to do alot of kms but do them towing a trailer!
I also have nowhere to store the car in either state or way of getting it there.
I really hope that someone in the VR4 community buys the car so it can be properly appreciated. Selling it to some twat without a clue would just kill me. :x
Cheers

Drive what you have to to sydney, fly back to adelaide and drive the car up. When you have to goto WA, stick everything on the train, it's easier.
It's a lot cheaper than you're thinking, and if you have nowhere to store it, put it in the backyard under a top quality car cover.

Pilot..
Sounds good, but isnt that glamorous :?
The whole mooving the car thing everywhere isnt going to happen, id also have to register in the two different states which means taking it back to stock and getting roadworthies and shit, just dont have the time.
I will be building another one when everything has settled down in WA in a few years. Will be having pretty bad withdrawals by then no doubt.

Don't waste your time building another one, drain the current one and put it in storage under a good cover. Get her out when you're ready.

Thanks guys,
But i've weighed it all up and selling her is the the only option i have for now. Believe me, if i could keep her i would. Besides, what a waste of a sweet car to leave it in storage for the next 3 years or so. Sacrelige!!

dont sell it!! You've done all this work to it, it would be a waste to pass it onto somebody else, keep it for yourself and put it in storage or work something out so you can take it with you. Seriously it's to nice of a car to sell!!

In all seriousness, I will store it here for free if you want.
If you sell that car I think i'll have to fly to adelaide and physically check to see if your brain is still in your head.

Yeah, +1 on that, take up entarans offer.
When I moved to adelaide, I was kind of poor, and lived in a shitty area, and had to sell my baby (5 litre torana hatch.. hehe..) lost a shit tin of money (for example, I wanted it a nice dark colour, the place that did the bodywork refused to do a shitty job (ie, they wanted to do as expensive as job as possible.. worth it though) and paint and panel cost me 6500.. I got 9k for the car) and never really got much time with it.
If I could get it back, I would, I really would.. and you'll feel the same way.. you'll get desperate.. so some clown will come wave "cash mate" in your face.. and there it goes.. I mean if it was just in average nick I'd say, yeah, sell it, but that is obviously your pride and joy, you've made it exactly how you want it... ehhhh...

Not much chance of it going for less than iam asking. I dont want to sell it to a clown, let alone a clown thats trying to rip me off
Cheers for the thoughts all the same.
