Be interested in what you decide on for rear bar George. We are seriously considering having a go with one to see the effect. I'm finding it difficult to get the back of the car to do what I want, without having to compromise up the front.

do you run one at all George?

Yes mate, running one in the rear (18-19mm I think) and the GSR one in the front with modded EVO LCA's. I do find it hard to move the back around when I want to, and it is a bit feisty on power off over steer when I have the dampers set hard. I have adapted to driving clean and smooth lines, and from all accounts it is working well and the times are coming. Just not used to not being able to hang the back out for fun. When a rob a bank, I'll get Brian's 65/35 diff and then it'll be perfect.

solid mounts for the evo 4 rack, all mounted in now, I used the evo 2 arms but mahy need to use the evo 4 ones which I haven't cut down (the evo 2 ones were cut)

It should look pretty good, once its sitting properly with the engine and body kit back on.

in other news the rear 1/4s are out of the moulds and come in at around the 2kg each mark, I would expect the current ones would be around 12-15?

new injectors are in, same size and plugs which is a bonus




rear 1/4 out of the mould, still needs a polish




also had a bit of a look at the turbo today, looks all good

ooohhh... first time I've seen the cutouts at the base of a compressor wheel. Weight savings for faster spool lol.

Spewing those guards weren't off the mould when I dropped in yesterday - would have loved to have seen them.

You happy with not supporting the pick up tube George? I've done the same with mine because of the kiggly girdle, always in the back of my mind that vibrations will lead to that weld fatiguing.

not sure on a brace yet, the castle will sit on the bottom, work in progress

We re-braced mine when I built my stroker 6-bolt.
