yeah it will come up ok I think, the extra tyre clearance will be nice. I think ill just rivet the 1/4 on incase I need to get it off in the future.

But alloy inner guards add weight!!! lol  :)

0.8mm alloy is pretty light, and the aero advantage outweighs the weight gain ;)

Do you have a bead roller to add some strengthening ribs to the arches. I want a roller.
