A busy day today, all looms from the car except for the engine loom.
Also removed the combination switch and ignition barrel.
Im going to pretty much rewire and remove all non essential wires.

Here is the box of stuff I have removed so far B)

Also mounted up the pedal box, there will be a few changes made but it all looks pretty good so far

Wheels arrived, I have had two tyres fitted up for test fitment. They fit a bit better than expected :D

They are 17x9.5 +12 with 255/40-17s

Mine wont have the release valve on it though.

the size and offset of the evo 5 wheels are pretty much perfect.

obviously this requires a five stud conversion which isnt that hard

manifold arrived yesterday along with the carbon bootlid.

The manifold has 50mm ram tubes inside and I have an 80mm throttle body
to run on it. it all looks pretty good.

Massive headache with the bootlid as it took 6 weeks longer than expected and then
when it did arrive it was missing the rear garnish :angry: .


I spent most of the day yesterday sanding and filing all of the casting marks and
dags out of the inside of the gearbox housing, great fun in the heat we had yesterday.
